Four Thursdays:

Each session will focus on specific practices so that you may directly experience the profound spacious stillness of fundamental consciousness. Realizing that fundamental consciousness pervades our whole body and environment is a tangible experience that transforms our sense of ourselves, our relationships and our perception of our environment.
Class size limited to 10. Zoom recordings will be available.

Together, we will explore Realization Process practices to create the conditions for creativity that are fresh, direct and spacious. Through guided meditations, quiet reflection, and dialogue, the process of making can be enriched in ways that transform our way of living with more depth and breadth. Discover how stillness moving may guide your creativity and your life.

This series is an an invitation to explore the foundational practices of the Realization Process. With these gentle and precise mediations, we experience the ground of our being as spacious stillness. As we attune in our bodies, we relate to others and our environment with more depth and subtlety. There will be a variety of seated, standing and moving practices. We will have opportunities for discussion and support for practicing on your own.
