  • "Laura came into my life by a chance meeting with mutual friends in Santa Fe, New Mexico. After only a few minutes of spending time with Laura, I felt a bond, as though I had known her for a very long time. She wanted to introduce me to the Realization Process by offering a session in my home so that I could experience first hand what she had described. Within in seconds of her guidance, I felt a profound sense of peace pervade my being. I dwelt purely in the present moment in a state of pure bliss. In that state, there is nothing to do, nothing to undo, no place to go, nothing to fix. My breathing became slow and deep. I felt the “spacious stillness” Laura had referred to. I have now incorporated this process into my daily routine. I highly recommend Laura’s work."

    Erica M. Elliott, MD

  • "Laura is a gifted teacher! Her online presence is so warm and palpable. She brings deep experience, insight, and practice to crafting each session, introducing new concepts with clarity. Laura has a deft touch when responding to participants' questions: listening for the heart of the question and responding in a way that makes the entire group feel heard and guided. Even in a few sessions I have gained helpful body-centered approaches to meeting the swirl and chaos that life is always presenting."

    Rosemary Lloyd, Unitarian Universalist Minister

  • “You’ve really tapped into an impulse that’s so vibrantly alive…that creative impulse in each of us. Thank you!”

    - Roma Hammel PhD. Realization Process Senior Teacher and Mentor

  • "What I found remarkable in our class was the bonding and deepening sense of community. It was a lovely sense of calm and wellness. This enhanced the richness of my meditations as well as my ability to savor them."

    Lizbeth Estes, M.S., P.T.

  • "I am finding that my experience with attuning to the spacious stillness within and outside myself, is easily accessible now. I experience a calm, light, peaceful state of mind following my daily practice that remains with me throughout the day. I am so grateful to you for introducing me to the Realization Process and for your caring and expert training, for it has had a transformative impact on all aspects of my health and well-being."

    Carol Linnell, LCSW
